DEFINITIONS

Client/Buyer: any individual over 18 years of age or any legal entity purchasing Obsidyan CORE products or services.

Product: any hardware or software item developed and sold by Obsidyan CORE.

Service: any cloud, AI, or software platform provided by Obsidyan CORE.

Account: a unique authentication interface created via email and password.

Order: the Customer’s request to purchase products or services online.

Contract: the remote agreement concluded electronically between Obsidyan CORE LLC and the Customer.
GENERAL USE CONDITIONS
Obsidyan CORE websites and applications may be used by any individual in compliance with the law. The company reserves the right to restrict access to users attempting to compromise, damage, or misuse its infrastructure.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of any product or service is strictly prohibited.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Placing an order represents the Customer’s consent to enter into a legally binding electronic contract with Obsidyan CORE LLC.
Orders are considered completed only after full payment confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary depending on exchange rates.
For subscription-based services, the Customer authorizes recurring payments until cancellation. Invoices are issued electronically and delivered by email.

Hardware products: shipping time varies between 3–14 business days, depending on stock and destination.

Shipping fees: displayed at checkout; some products include free delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Software products, digital licenses, and personalized systems are excluded from withdrawal rights, as they are digitally delivered and activated immediately.
Standard hardware may be returned within 14 calendar days in its original condition for a full refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights over software, firmware, hardware, documentation, and marketing materials belong exclusively to Obsidyan CORE LLC.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
Obsidyan CORE LLC protects all personal data according to its Privacy Policy.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts (email and password). The company is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Obsidyan CORE LLC is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or incompatibilities resulting from improper use.
The company guarantees reasonable performance, delivery, and support but cannot ensure absolute results under all conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
