IDScanner v3.2 is designed for scanning, recognizing, and automatically completing identity documents, being compatible with professional scanners such as ARH PRMc 233, Thales AT9000 MK2, Thales QS2000, Thales QS1000, Desko IDenty Chrom, and Gemalto Thales MRZ CR100M.
The application automatically detects the type of document (ID card, passport, driver’s license, or the new electronic ID card), extracts data through high-accuracy OCR, and integrates it directly into Word, PDF forms, or external applications.

Databases and API

The EXTENDED license of version 3.2 enables direct export to the most popular enterprise databases:
SQLite – for standalone or portable applications
MySQL / MariaDB – for local or cloud servers
PostgreSQL – for commercial and SaaS applications
SQL Server – for corporate infrastructures
Oracle XE (23c) – for enterprise system compatibility
MongoDB – for modern JSON-based document applications

Connectivity is secured through a REST API and an SSL-encrypted WebSocket with a digital certificate, allowing seamless integration with ERP, CRM, or custom web applications.

An Element of Surprise

Version 3.2 also introduces the DSP Export module, designed to automatically generate and export files compliant with the Public Health Directorate (DSP) standards on Radiation Hygiene for Vatech radiology systems.
This module ensures full traceability of each scan — from user identification to the secure archiving of data in encrypted format.
The DSP Export function enables the generation of quarterly and annual reports, mandatory under Romanian legislation and Order 811/2025.
